A skilled bilingual facilitator and adept strategic planner able to assist in revitalizing troubled organizations, mentor staff and guide challenged organizations to their full potential. With a strong background in marine
management, risk management, project management and training, he has commanded
two naval frigates, led large organizations and is an Incident Command System
instructor. He also led a seven-person crew on a sailing expedition that
circumnavigated the North Atlantic Ocean for a year.
