Canadian Coast Guard – Operational Analysis consulting. Developed the
    Statements of Operational Requirements for: the Vessel Traffic Management System; College navigation and engineering simulators; Marine Communications and Traffic Services operational support systems (such as MF/HF radios and radars); and a quality assurance audit in support of aids to navigation.

Nova Scotia Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal – Supported the development of the technical specifications and RFP for the Maritime Radio Communication Project to replace emergency trunk mobile radio capabilities for NS, NB and PEI. Also engaged to develop the complex intergovernmental project governance as well as the operational governance models.
